Know what’s left to commit, cost object by cost object.
Load your budget, actuals and PO forecast extracts. See Budget against Committed for the year, down to the vendor and the PO line, in seconds.
The demo runs on fictitious data. No sign-up.
Below zero, it turns into a Budget shortage. PO lines flagged as final delivery are left out of the forecast. Approved budget change requests can be added to the budget with one button.
The commitment review you rebuild in Excel every month, ready on its own
Drill down to the PO line
Budget, Committed, Actual, Invoiced, Accrued, Forecasted and the gap for every cost object. Open a line to see which vendor and which PO make up the commitment.
Your structure on top
Group WBS and cost centers by up to six levels of your master data, in the order you choose. Anything without a structure lands in “Not mapped”, so nothing goes missing.
Budget change requests
Switch approved BCRs on to see the budget after transfers and top-ups, for the cut-off year only. Switch them off to see the original budget.
Filters that match how you work
Pick a department and a cut-off month, or type “starts with 6” to keep only the cost elements you need. Choose which document types count as invoiced or accrued.
From SAP export to review in three steps
Export
Run your usual SAP extracts: budget and actuals, PO forecast, and optionally BCRs and the structure master data.
Drop the folder
Choose the folder, or drag the files in. They are recognised by their columns, whatever their name; the most recent one of each kind is used.
Review
Filter, drill down and click any line to see its chart and its verdict: uncommitted budget or shortfall.

Your figures never leave the browser
The report is a single page. The files are opened and calculated on your own computer, the way a spreadsheet would be. That keeps the security review short.
